Beijing Concierge provides curated travel and lifestyle services, including but not limited to personalized itineraries, reservations, transportation arrangements, guided experiences, and general concierge assistance (the “Services”).

 

All itineraries, recommendations, and arrangements are customized based on client preferences and available resources. Service details, inclusions, and pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

 

 

 

2. Booking and Payment

 

 

  • Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure certain services or reservations. The amount will be specified during confirmation.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due before or on the first day of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional Expenses: Any additional costs (e.g., entrance fees, overtime hours, or special requests) will be communicated in advance or billed after service completion.

  • Payment Methods: Payments may be made via online payments, bank transfer, or other accepted channels.

 

 

 

 

3. Changes and Cancellations

 

 

  • Client-Initiated Changes: We understand travel plans may shift. Reasonable changes can be made subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

  • Cancellations:

     

    • More than 7 days before service start: 100% refund (minus transaction fees).

    • 3–7 days before: 50% refund.

    • Less than 3 days before or no-show: non-refundable.

     

  • Service Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust itineraries or arrangements due to weather, local regulations, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances. Equivalent alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

 

 

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

 

  • Clients are responsible for carrying valid identification (e.g., passport) and ensuring compliance with local laws and entry requirements.

  • Clients agree to behave respectfully toward staff, guides, and local communities.

  • Any damage or loss caused intentionally or by negligence may be charged accordingly.

 

 

 

 

5. Safety and Liability

 

 

  • We take every reasonable measure to ensure your safety and satisfaction; however, participation in any travel, cultural, or physical activity involves inherent risks.

  • Beijing Concierge shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from accidents, natural events, acts of government, or third-party actions beyond our control.

  • Clients are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance prior to arrival.

 

 

 

 

6. Third-Party Services

 

 

We often collaborate with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., transportation providers, restaurants, local guides, and attractions). While we carefully vet our partners, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for their actions, omissions, or service quality.
